Our multidisciplinary team delivers medical, surgical, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, vein care, and radiation oncology services across the state.
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Radiation Therapist to join our growing Radiation Oncology team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your radiation therapy expertise in a specialized dermatology setting, helping patients receive advanced treatment for skin cancers and other dermatologic conditions in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do
As a Radiation Therapist, you will work under the direction of our Radiation Oncologist and collaborate closely with dermatologists and clinical staff to deliver safe, accurate, and effective radiation treatments.
- Administer prescribed radiation treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Accurately position patients and operate radiation therapy equipment to ensure precise treatment delivery.
- Explain treatment procedures, address patient questions, and provide compassionate support throughout the treatment process.
- Verify treatment plans, dosimetry settings, and machine parameters to ensure proper dose delivery.
- Monitor patients during treatment and report any unusual reactions or concerns.
- Maintain detailed treatment documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Schedule treatments and assist with patient follow-up and care coordination.
- Perform routine equipment safety checks and adhere to all radiation safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with providers and team members to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in radiation oncology and dermatologic care.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid Radiation Therapist certification/licensure.
- Certified Radiologic Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy equipment, treatment techniques, and safety practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to treatment accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment.
