Regional Plastic Surgery Center (RPSC) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with training and a strong interest in hand and upper extremity surgery to join its established North Texas practice.
RPSC has a longstanding presence in plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgery serving patients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This opportunity is designed for a surgeon who wants to develop a reconstructive practice with an emphasis on hand and upper extremity surgery, while maintaining the ability to build a broader plastic and reconstructive surgery practice based on individual interests.
The Opportunity
The incoming surgeon will join an established, multi-physician plastic surgery practice with more than three decades of history in North Texas and an existing patient and referral base.
The position offers the opportunity to help grow RPSC’s hand and upper extremity program while participating in a broader range of plastic and reconstructive surgery. The surgeon will work alongside experienced colleagues locally while also having access to collaboration across the Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) network.
For a surgeon early in practice, the environment offers access to experienced colleagues and a national network of plastic and reconstructive surgeons. For an established surgeon, the opportunity provides the infrastructure, referral relationships, and market presence to continue building a specialized hand and reconstructive practice while maintaining a broader clinical scope.
A Private Practice Model with Academic-Level Collaboration
RPSC and ARSA offer a “Priva-demic” model combining the autonomy and opportunity of private practice with the collaboration, complex case exposure, and exchange of expertise traditionally associated with academic medicine.

Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Strong interest in hand and upper extremity surgery
Hand surgery fellowship training or significant hand and upper extremity experience preferred
Interest in maintaining a broader plastic and reconstructive surgery practice
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered reconstructive care
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Interest in developing a long-term practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth market
Candidates completing hand or reconstructive fellowship training as well as established plastic surgeons with hand and upper extremity experience are encouraged to apply.
