Join an established orthopedic group in a university community in Central Illinois as a fellowship-trained Total Joint/Adult Reconstructive Surgeon. This role offers the autonomy to shape a dedicated total joint practice with strong institutional support and long-term partnership potential.

• Perform elective procedures of your choice and determine your approach to revisions
• Established referral base with 65% of local PCPs already within the network
• Flexible schedule with blocked OR time

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed $725,000 base salary plus RVU production incentives
• $1.5M+ total compensation potential
• Up to $300,000 annually in ASC ancillary income
• ASC partnership opportunity

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstructive Surgery required
• Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents/fellows
