Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic (OFC) is seeking a fellowship-trained Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join our private, established, physician-led orthopedic practice in southern Minnesota.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon who wants to build and grow a Foot & Ankle practice within an established organization, with the support, referral base, surgical infrastructure, and resources already in place.

The successful candidate will join a well-established private orthopedic practice with a strong regional reputation and a comprehensive support team. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a robust Foot & Ankle practice while working alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and a dedicated clinical and administrative team.

Clinical Practice
The Foot & Ankle surgeon will provide comprehensive care for patients with a broad range of foot and ankle conditions, including sports injuries, fractures and trauma, arthritis, tendon and ligament disorders, deformities, instability, and reconstructive conditions.
The physician will provide both non-operative and operative treatment, with the opportunity to develop a practice tailored to their clinical interests and expertise.

Requirements
Qualifications
MD degree
Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency
Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgery
Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society
Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Desire to build a long-term career within an independent orthopedic practice
