Role Description This part-time Plastic Surgeon / Cosmetic Surgeon role is structured as an independent contractor position with high earning potential. The role is hybrid, based in Los Angeles CA, with some work-from-home options for teleconsultations, and follow-up care when appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, developing surgical and non-surgical treatment plans, performing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, and providing pre- and post-operative care. The surgeon will collaborate with clinical staff to ensure patient safety, maintain accurate medical documentation, and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards. Additional responsibilities may include participating in practice development activities, contributing to patient education materials, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine and Surgery, with the ability to provide safe, evidence-based care.
Advanced skills in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery
An active, unrestricted medical license in California.
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, clear communication, and informed consent practices.
Ability to work effectively as an independent contractor, including managing schedule, documenting services, and collaborating with clinic staff.
Experience in outpatient cosmetic practice or ambulatory surgery settings preferred.
Willingness to support practice growth.
