Description

Rochester Regional Health seeks an adult reconstructive orthopedic surgeon to perform primary and revision joint replacement procedures, help develop a center of excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams. The surgeon will also mentor trainees and contribute to program development, research, and quality improvement.
Perform primary and revision joint replacement surgeries for joint conditions, fractures, and deformities.
Manage patients with complex joint conditions and support improved mobility and outcomes.
Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists, physical therapists, and advanced practice providers.
Help develop a regional center of excellence for complex joint procedures.
Mentor residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers.
Contribute to research, quality improvement, and orthopedic program development.
