The fellow serves as an integral member of the multidisciplinary burn team, gaining broad exposure to acute resuscitation, operative burn management, critical care, reconstruction, and outpatient follow-up. The fellowship will also provide opportunities to teach residents and students, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and engage in scholarly activity.
